WHAT IS AUSBILDUNG
Ausbildung refers to the system of vocational training in Germany. On successful completion, candidates get certification which is valid across EU. On average, more than 500k domestic and international students pursue an Ausbildung every year. It takes on average 3 years to complete
WHY DO IT?
Get paid while you learn: In Germany, you can actually earn a monthly salary of Rs 80k-1lac during the entire 3 years of Ausbildung. After this period, you get absorbed by your employer and receive a starting salary of Rs 2.5-3 lacs per month
