About Program
Vocational Training Program (Ausbildung) in Germany is a program run by the German Government. In the first place, you’ll be affiliated with a vocational training school where you will be attending theoretical training classes. Secondly, you will be affiliated with a German company of the same occupation, where you’ll be placed as an apprentice to work. Your vocational training school will conduct your periodic tests and exams such as midterms and final exams.
Admission Procedure
Students are required to send us all Academic Certificates, Grade sheets, Experience Certificates and CV in clear Scanned PDF format for profile evaluation. Post Evaluation Students will be advised if they are eligible to apply for this Program in Germany or not. After getting confirmation, they need to submit hard copies of all required documents. Document Evaluation needs to be done prior to the registration.
Eligibility / Basic Requirement
- School Certificates (10™ and 12%), Diplomas or / and Degrees with min 50% marks
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) = Valid Passport
- German Language Certificate —B1/B2 Level
- Age: 18 — 30 Years (upto 35 Years in some occupations)
- School-leaving and other recognized certificates.
Those, who have achieved higher level of qualification after the 12th grade, can also apply.
Duration of the Program: The duration of most of the programs is 3 years.
Language / Medium of Study: The language used in the vocational training school is German.
Processing Time: Approx. 3-6 Months (after submission of German Language B1/B2 Level).

Good Amount of Salary will be provided to the candidates during the Training period.
- For the 1 year Euro 500 — 800 per month
- For the 2″ year Euro 600 — 900 per month.
- For the 3″ year Euro 700 — 1000 per month
After successful completion of the training program, the average start salary is around Euro 2000 —
2800. Salary varies and depends on the occupation, performance, and relevant experience.
PAYMENT TERMS / TOTAL PACKAGE COST: HNR-6,50,000 INR 4,69,640
- On Registration along with the Documents — INR 1,77,640
- German Classes, Document Translation, Application Process.
- After B1 Result, before Admission Offer Letter — INR 1,15,000 (Administrative Fee, CollegeRegistration & Program Fee, Visa appointment, Document Verification Fee, City Registration, PCC, Accommodation Booking, Document Apostle & other Supporting Documents, and rest other services).
